Healthy No-bake Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are extremely easy to whip up, and aren’t overly sweet. They make a great gluten-free treat! I was craving a peanut butter and chocolate combo when I put this recipe together. Many recipes call for ingredients that contain gluten, so I played around with ingredients and produced this one. Our 8 year old, loves these and wanted a piece in his lunch everyday.

We also like to chop up a couple pieces to mix with vanilla ice cream, for an even sweeter treat!

You can easily make your own oat flour, WATCH here to see how I make it at home – “Make Your Own Oat Flour”

When ready to cut into bars, remove from the refrigerator and soften for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Use hot knife to cut clean slices. Store any remaining peanut butter bars in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
